We're recruiting for suitable, qualified individuals to become Independent End-point Assessors at different levels for a wide variety of standards. Our assessors are industry professionals who bring real-world expertise to the end-point assessment process.
The role
The role of our Independent End-point Assessors is to assess apprentices against industry-specific competences. Assessors operate independently and objectively to ensure each apprentice is judged fairly against the apprenticeship standard.
We're interested in hearing from you if you:
- Have current technical or occupational understanding in the areas being assessed
- Are fully conversant with the standards and criteria being assessed
- Can demonstrate the occupational competency, required qualifications and criteria as detailed in the apprenticeship standard person specification
- Have experience in interviewing techniques
- Can work independently and manage your time effectively
- Have no conflicts of interest with the assessment centre or apprentices (to maintain objectivity)
